Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:

• Custom Items

• Items marked "non-returnable"

• Items are not in resalable condition

If USA-CERT is at fault, we will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Freight shipped goods will need to be paid by the customer when a return is requested unless there was damage during the original delivery.
